West Lake of Hangzhou is the only lake in China that enjoys the World Cultural Heritage status , enjoying an international reputation of its idyllic scenery and plentiful cultural spots in its territory.

Zen tea refers to the tea grown ,made,and consumed by monks only .The Zen Tea culture of Hagnzhou boasts a long history. It’s the monks initially started to grow and drank tea. The city’s Lingyin Temple hosts the Cloud and Forest Tea Party every year to promote the ‘Zen Tea’ culture. That’s why the temple is also worth visiting.

China Tea Museum is a nationally-ranked museum introducing all the different kinds of tea in China and the country’s unique tea culture –from its wild origins to the early classic tea literature, to the rise and persistence of tea ceremonies until the present day. The museum also has six tearooms for tea sampling and a special place for visitors to engage in an in-depth demonstration of the serving of tea.

It is believed that the water from the Hupao Spring ,dubbed “the world’s third best spring” ,is of superb quality.Longyin Tea and Hupao Spring have long been considered “two treasures of the West Lake ”.
