West Lake of Hangzhou is the only lake in China that enjoys the World Cultural Heritage status , enjoying an international reputation of its idyllic scenery and plentiful cultural spots in its territory.

Lingyin temple ranks among China’s top 10 Buddhism temples and boasts a history of more than 1600 years. Legend  has it that it was called Yunlin Temple when it was originally built by the Indian master monk Huili, who believed the ethereal environs were the secret retreat of the immortals, hence the name ‘Lingyin’ (literally “soul’s retreat ”)

Tea Culture village locates in the very natural area in Hangzhou with Longjin green tea grown on the terraced hilly slopes. It is the best place to have a taste of the Chinese tea tradition.

Six Harmonies pagoda was originally built in 970 during the Northern Song Dynasty by Qian Hongchu, a king of the Wuyue Kingdom, in order to calm down the tide of Qiangtang River. It is a pavilion-style pagoda of brick and wood. With the height of 59.89 meters, the pagoda appears to have 13 floors from outside, but contains only 7 floors inside. On the top of the pagoda, you can gain a gorgeous view of the Qiantang River. Legend has it that both Wu Song and Lu Zhishen from the novel "Outlaws in the Marsh" died here.

Hangzhou’s urban Hefang Street has many shops, restaurants and taverns that represent its place in history. Hefang Street has stood the test of time, surviving through the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. Today it is still a prosperous marketplace. Most of the businesses and shops in Hefang Street are over 100 years old. Hefang Street wasn’t only the heart of old Hangzhou but was also the commercial center in ancient China. Walking along Hefang Street, you can enjoy shopping and snacking. Hefang Old Street also displays a variety of unique Chinese crafts, such as land-blown sugar candy, paper-cutting, and hand-made dough figurines.
